• Content Creation: Collaborate with design and video teams to craft engaging visuals, reels, and graphics.
• Community Engagement: Manage client accounts by interacting with followers, responding to DMs, and keeping online communities active.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, prepare data-driven reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Trend Watch: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep clients relevant.
• Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Training: Assist in offering one-on-one coaching for clients to master their own social media pages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media management experience (freelance or agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, viral content, or paid ad strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar).
• A creative mindset with exceptional copywriting skills and storytelling ability.
