Job Description

This is a REMOTE/FREELANCE position with a small boutique-style West Palm Beach-based advertising and marketing firm. The firm seeks a motivated and experienced graphic designer responsible for developing visual concepts, coordinating images, and creating visual assets for campaigns, websites, and printed materials. The ideal candidate must operate within the framework, style, and brand guidelines of each client to produce original and engaging visual content.

The role requires excellent skills in design software, particularly Adobe Suite 2026 (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and related design software such as Canva. Initially, the position offers part-time hours, with the possibility of increased hours based on availability and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive portfolio of successful design work, especially within an agency context.

• Previous experience working with an agency on client projects, understanding the pitch, approval, and billing processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite design software, with Canva as a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work during Eastern Time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Must be available during work hours in the Eastern Time zone and have a reliable computer with the most up-to-date software to meet deadlines.

• Engage directly with agency representatives during project briefs to ensure a client-centered approach to visual solutions.

• Attend client meetings via Zoom when requested, although this is not frequent.

• Deliver visuals that support campaign goals within brand and style guidelines.

• Create specialized assets for social media and other digital needs.

• Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate.

Additional Information

• Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour.

• Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week.

• Job Type: Part-time.
