We need a designer who understands that clean > flashy. Someone who can create professional visuals that build trust—not overly designed graphics that scream “we tried too hard.”

Job Descriptions & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design social media graphics
• Pitch decks and reports.
• Make our brand look professional, credible, and approachable (not corporate-stiff, not startup-chaotic).

What You’ll Design:

• Priority work (70% of your time): Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook): Quote cards, carousels, infographics, case study highlights
• Pitch decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides): Client presentations for our products
• Reports (PDF): Market research reports, competitor analysis, case studies.
• Occasional work (30%): Website graphics (landing pages, service icons), Email newsletter headers, Client-facing templates (checklists, guides)
• Volume: Flexible based on our needs (typically 8-12 social graphics + 1-2 pitch decks per month to start)

Requirements:

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
