Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support day-to-day design needs across Reformer Collective and ROX Life. This is an execution-focused role, supporting marketing, studios, and campaigns with fast, consistent, on-brand design. You’ll work from clear briefs and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt assets across both brands, including:
• Flyers, posters & business cards
• Studio signage
• Email graphics
• Paid social assets
• Simple social content
• Adapt existing brand assets for different formats and campaigns
• Support studio launches, challenges, events, and partnerships
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all outputs
• Manage multiple small design requests efficiently

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• 1–3 years’ experience in a junior design role
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to work quickly and confidently from briefs

Desirable

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of digital and social-first design
• Basic motion or video skills

Additional Information

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £150.00-£175.00 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hove BN3 1DD

Employment type: 1–2 days per week freelance
