Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our client’s in-house creative team in Fremont, CA. This role is due to growth and offers the opportunity to work on highly visible digital projects related to culture, community, and employee engagement. It is an execution-forward design role, requiring hands-on design work, and offers a collaborative environment with a variety of projects tied to cultural initiatives and internal communications.

Requirements

Your qualifications include:

• BFA in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• WordPress
• PowerPoint
• Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a skilled background in digital design, with a portfolio link required showing web and video work
• Knowledge of layout, typography, illustration, identity, and digital production across platforms
• Understanding of how audiences engage with digital content and media

Additional skills and attributes:

• Positive mindset with adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining creative quality
• Self-motivated, confident, and collaborative
• Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bonus experience with 3D design or additional creative tools
