I am seeking a Social Media Manager to lead my online presence across two related brands: one focused on professional real estate investing and the other on personal LGBTQ+ lifestyle content. You will manage all aspects of my social media, including editing and repurposing video content, scheduling posts, fostering community engagement, and developing audience management strategies tailored to each brand. You need to be fluent in LGBTQ+ culture, able to differentiate between investor leads and personal brand fans, and comfortable handling analytics to guide content and audience flow. This is a part-time, contract role for a personal project, and you will work remotely.
