App Developer for Digital Home Flipping WorkflowSearching
We are looking for a freelancer who can help digitize our home flipping process for Blackstone REI. To start, i want to create an Inspection form in Clappia. Assuming that goes well, we will move forward with the next feature. The primary focus is to build a project management system, ideally in Clappia (or a recommended platform if better suited). The system should allow us to create property projects, upload photos, add notes and documents, enable GPS-based clock-in for teams, and generate pre-loaded forms for inspections, change orders, and punch lists. We also want robust task management, scheduling, calendar integration, invoice and lien waiver generation, and AI-powered automation for developing scopes of work, merging change orders, assigning tasks, and managing workflow by trade. The role is remote, and we’re open to expert guidance as the project scope is finalized.

$1,500 – 3,000 USD
