Graphic Designer is needed in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

We are OSA Outsourcing Advantage, a Business Process Outsourcing company in the Dominican Republic, seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time contract role on site in Santiago De Los Caballeros. The ideal candidate will prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper, set up high-resolution print files, ensure color accuracy, and maintain strong documentation and file systems. You’ll use tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create print-ready artwork for various media, collaborate with design, print, and production teams, and enforce quality controls to meet high standards. Familiarity with architectural and structural steel plans, expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), experience preparing files for CNC and laser cutters, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies (including AI tools) are important. You will also be responsible for custom art, mural creations, image recreations, and preparing ADA signage and spec packages. The position requires you to be on site for the full project.
