Job Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Support Specialist to help manage and grow our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role involves content posting, audience engagement, and ongoing digital support to strengthen our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, post, and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Engage with relevant accounts to increase reach and visibility.
• Assist with basic content editing and formatting.
• Create and send newsletters.
• Support blog publishing and content updates.
• Perform general administrative and digital support tasks.
• Follow posting schedules and brand guidelines.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities as training progresses.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube preferred).
• Familiarity with basic content editing tools.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to use a U.S.-based VPN for work purposes.
