Job Description

GolfCave is looking for a hands-on Freelance Social Media Manager to help grow our social presence through on-site content, short-form video, and weekly posting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Capture on-site content
• Create reels, stories, short-form videos, and Canva graphics
• Engage with followers and manage messages
• Grow audience and engagement organically
• Maintain brand consistency across locations
• Collaborate with marketing team via Slack/Asana for quick feedback
• Stay flexible and contribute creative ideas

Requirements

• Proven social media experience
• Comfortable filming and being on camera
• Able to pivot quickly when last-minute changes are needed
• Local to NJ with reliable transportation
• Available for on-site content capture
• Interest in golf is a major plus
• Experience creating marketing assets (flyers, slides, email headers) is a plus
• Background in sports, fitness, or wellness is a plus
• Experience with franchise or multi-location brands is a big plus

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
