Job Description

GolfCave is looking for a hands-on Freelance Social Media Manager to help grow our social presence through on-site content, short-form video, and weekly posting. Responsibilities include planning and managing social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, capturing on-site content, creating reels, stories, short-form videos, and Canva graphics, engaging with followers, and managing messages. The role also involves growing the audience and engagement organically, maintaining brand consistency across locations, collaborating with the marketing team via Slack/Asana for quick feedback, and contributing creative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven social media experience

• Comfortable filming and being on camera

• Able to pivot quickly when last-minute changes are needed

• Local to NJ with reliable transportation

• Available for on-site content capture

• Interest in golf is a major plus

• Experience creating marketing assets (flyers, slides, email headers) is a plus

• Background in sports, fitness, or wellness is a plus

• Experience with franchise or multi-location brands is a big plus

Job Highlights

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
