Our mission is simple: No news, just people. We’re building a modern storytelling platform designed to inspire a driven generation through short-form, personality-centered content.

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Manager to help bring our stories to life on Instagram. This is a freelance, remote role paid per post, ideal for someone with an eye for clean visuals, strong instincts for social trends, and an interest in media, storytelling, or personal branding. You will not be expected to come up with story ideas from scratch; we provide the subject, theme, and direction. Your role is to turn that material into engaging, platform-ready content.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form Instagram content (primarily Reels)
• Turn provided themes, profiles, and quotes into visually engaging posts
• Add text, pacing, music, and light edits optimized for social media
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand tone
• Deliver posts on a reliable schedule

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram or TikTok
• Comfortable with basic video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Strong sense of pacing, aesthetics, and what performs well on Reels
• Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Interested in media, culture, entrepreneurship, or storytelling

Compensation

• Paid per post
• Flexible workload, typically multiple posts per week

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
