Job Description

London Smiling is seeking a passionate and creative freelance Social Media Manager to join the team under the guidance of celebrity dentist Dr. Uchenna Okoye, known for her appearance on TV’s 10 YEARS YOUNGER. This crucial role focuses on driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and executing brand-relevant content strategies to build a strong social media presence.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Dr. Uchenna and the wider team to expand a content calendar and deliver punctual content across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create engaging visual and written content, such as photos, videos, and captions that convey Dr. Uchenna’s profile, ethos, and product benefits.
• Engage with Dr. Uchenna’s social media community, including replying to comments and messages in an on-brand and genuine manner.
• Stay informed on wellness, beauty, and dentistry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and understand client preferences to inform content creation.
• Track Dr. Uchenna’s work diary and media presence to generate content from her attendance at events, awards, podcasts, clinic procedures, etc.
• Grow content, reach, and engagement on TikTok to align with Dr. Uchenna’s brand objectives.
• Monitor social media metrics and measure success based on content performance.

Attributes:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• A passion for creating wellness and beauty content.
• Thorough understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.
• Competence in video editing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, timely, and driven.

Details

The position is London-based, requiring attendance at the clinic and events. This is a freelance role of 1 to 2 days per week, with an immediate start required.
