Corporate event photographer (Amsterdam – 2-day conference)
Photographer is needed in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Role: Freelance Corporate Event Photographer
Event: Innovation Forum – Sustainable Apparel and Textiles Conference
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Dates & Hours: 2 days; ~12 hours total
Budget: €1,000 total (flat fee)
Deliverables: JPEG images only (no editing beyond camera JPEGs)
Upload: Regular uploads to a shared Google Drive during the event
Usage Rights: All image usage rights granted to the organisation
We’re organising a two-day corporate conference focused on sustainable apparel and textiles (https://innovationforum.co.uk/conferences/sustainable-apparel-and-textiles-conference/). The photographer will capture key moments including speakers, panel discussions, networking, exhibitor interactions, and general ambience.
You will be expected to:
- Attend and photograph both full days of the event (~12 hours total).
- Capture high-quality JPEG photos throughout the conference (speakers, sessions, networking, attendees, environment, and branding).
- Work unobtrusively around delegates and presenters.
- Upload images periodically during the event to our shared Google Drive (e.g., at breaks / lunchtime / end of each day).
- Bring and manage all necessary equipment (camera(s), lenses, batteries, memory cards, and backup gear).
- Coordinate with our event team to align on schedule, shot priorities, and on-site logistics.
- Ensure that images are ready for immediate use (web-ready JPEGs).
Note: No post-shoot retouching or editing beyond in-camera JPEGs is required, so the focus is on quality capture.
We’re looking for a photographer with:
- Proven experience photographing corporate events, conferences or business functions.
- A portfolio showing ability to capture candid, posed, and event atmosphere shots.
- Professional photography gear capable of performing in indoor conference lighting.
- Good communication and responsiveness leading up to and during the shoot.
- Happy to travel to Amsterdam if based elsewhere, travel cost will not be covered.
What you’ll get:
