I’ve just launched a new web-focused business called The Halo Effect, and I’m looking for a skilled Brand Identity Designer to work alongside me as projects come in.
This is not a full-time role.
It’s a per-project collaboration that will grow as the business grows.

Brand Identity System:
Primary logo
Secondary logo
Simple brand mark (if suitable)
SVG + PNG files
Editable source files
Colour System:
Primary + secondary colours
Accent colour
Hex codes
Clear usage guidance
Typography System:
Headline font
Body font
Font weight guidance
Web-Ready Brand Elements:
3–5 simple abstract visual elements (PNG or SVG)
Suitable for website use
Brand Guidelines PDF:
Logo usage
Colour rules
Typography rules
Application guidance

👤 Ideal Candidate
Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (or strong equivalent portfolio)
Proven experience creating full brand identities
Can show examples of complete brand decks
Understands branding for digital/web
Reliable and communicates clearly
Open to long-term collaboration

💰 Payment Structure
Fixed rate per brand identity project
Rate agreed before each job
