Responsibilities

• Elevating client requests by utilizing on-trend design techniques to manifest concepts.
• Collaborating with a team of award-winning artists and storytellers for political, corporate, and advocacy groups across the country.
• Demonstrating a passion for design by composing skillful and purposeful creative solutions.
• Creating original graphics and designs for various digital platforms in a fast-paced environment, including social graphics, display ads, landing sites, and multimedia texts.
• Working with animators to transform your designs into engaging mobile video creations.
• Participating in training, mentorship, and team-building activities to enhance your growth and stay updated on digital trends.

Qualifications

• At least five years of graphic design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of design principles and the ability to effectively apply them to all projects.
• Ability to synthesize complex design requests into masterfully stylized designs tailored to target audiences and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinkers who view design as a series of challenges eager to be solved.
• Strong organizational skills, exemplified by exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Mastery of the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, coupled with a solid foundation in design fundamentals.
