Job Description

The UX/UI Designer leads user experience design, information architecture, and visual design to ensure the intranet is intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned with DHCD branding. This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops and user research.
• Perform taxonomy analysis and card sorting activities.
• Design information architecture and navigation structure.
• Create wireframes and visual mockups for homepage and key pages.
• Apply DHCD branding (colors, logos, typography) in coordination with in-house designer.
• Ensure usability and accessibility best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing intranets or enterprise portals.
• Strong wireframing and information architecture skills.

Tools (Typical)

Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
