Job Description

This is a remote position. Join a growing B2B company in the automotive industry that values clean design, strong execution, and practical marketing results. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Designer who can elevate our website and email quality while supporting day-to-day marketing execution in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and update website pages and elements inside HubSpot
• Create and optimize branded email campaigns using MailChimp
• Improve layout, visuals, and overall quality of marketing materials
• Develop graphics and creative assets using Canva or similar tools
• Support social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Assist with light marketing admin and coordination tasks
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate directly with leadership to strengthen brand presence
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creative and content workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience designing marketing emails and building website pages (portfolio required)
• Experience with HubSpot (or strong willingness to learn)
• Hands-on experience with MailChimp
• Strong design eye — layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Comfortable balancing creative work with structured execution tasks
• Experience in B2B marketing A MUST

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time. Includes 1-hour paid lunch.

Rate

$7.50/hour
