Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced, creative, and highly strategic Social Media Manager to join a specialist marketing agency dedicated exclusively to the fitness, wellness, and wellbeing world. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of different audiences and brand personalities, and can confidently shape, lead, and execute social strategy with impact. The position demands someone who lives and breathes fitness culture, particularly with an understanding and awareness of CrossFit, and knows how to translate that authenticity into compelling digital storytelling, community engagement, and measurable growth.

You will manage multiple clients with varying expectations and demands, thus an ability to work under pressure, maintain organization, and effectively time manage is essential. The position offers a salary range of £1,600-£2,000 per month, with working hours of 16-20 hours per week in South London, with options for remote or hybrid work. A passion for CrossFit is considered a bonus. You will report to the two Founders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing social media for a brand or agency, ideally within fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle.
• Videography/photography experience in capturing and producing content.
• A strategic mindset with the confidence to shape direction and guide best practices across multiple brands.
• A genuine passion for CrossFit, including an understanding of the culture, community, language, and lifestyle.
• A creative storytelling ability with a strong eye for content, trends, and visual identity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with natural brand tone instincts.
• Strong organizational skills, being proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A curious and forward-thinking approach that is energized by building brands in a dynamic environment.
• A self-starter mentality that embraces ownership, brings ideas forward, and delivers quality work with pride.
