Barbas Hats is a luxury streetwear headwear brand rooted in modern Hispanic music and culture. We create limited drops and collaborations that feel bold, premium, and collectible—clean luxury execution with street energy.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to support our drops, campaigns, and production-ready hat graphics. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and team to bring high-level visuals to life fast—while keeping everything organized and ready for real-world manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Design drop campaign assets (IG posts/stories, posters, web banners, email graphics)

Create hat-ready artwork for embroidery, patches, prints, and metal/hardware concepts

Build typography-driven layouts (luxury + street: strong type, clean spacing, high contrast)

Prepare clean production files (organized layers, correct sizing, export-ready PDFs)

Develop reusable templates and systems for consistent brand output

Collaborate on creative direction, references, and rapid iterations for releases

Required Skills

Strong portfolio in streetwear/music / luxury branding (or closely related)

Excellent typography, layout, and hierarchy

Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills (clean vectors, precise shapes, organized files)

Good Photoshop skills (compositing, textures, mockups, polishing visuals)

Ability to work fast, take feedback well, and hit deadlines consistently

Clear communication and reliable availability during drop cycles

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience designing for embroidery/patches/manufacturing constraints

Motion graphics (After Effects) for reels/animated drop posts

3D mockup experience (C4D/Blender) or strong mockup workflow

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
