Oxiliry - Senior UI/UX Designer (B2B SaaS)
Client: Oxiliry
Location: All Pakistan, SD, pk
Contract: Freelance
Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives on complexity. You won’t just be designing screens; you will be translating heavy bureaucratic workflows (FMCSA checks, insurance validation) into intuitive, “Enterprise-Grade” experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design Complex Data Interfaces
- Architect and design high-density interfaces such as Load Boards, Asset Management Tables, and Financial Dashboards.
- Transform large datasets (50+ rows) into clean, scannable, and highly actionable UI experiences.
- Ensure clarity, usability, and performance in data-heavy environments.
- Simplify Compliance Workflows
- Convert complex multi-step processes (e.g., FMCSA/DOT validation, Carrier Onboarding, Insurance Verification) into intuitive, step-by-step guided workflows (“Wizards”).
- Reduce cognitive load while maintaining regulatory accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure Mobile & Web Consistency
- Design responsive web interfaces optimized for office users (Shippers/Dispatchers).
- Create high-contrast, “Big Button” mobile experiences tailored for Truck Drivers on the move.
- Maintain usability and accessibility across devices and environments.
- Build & Maintain a Scalable Design System
- Develop and manage a robust Design System in Figma (Colors, Typography, Components, Variants, Auto-layout).
- Ensure design consistency across the platform.
- Accelerate frontend development through structured, developer-ready design assets.
- Collaborate Closely with Engineering
- Partner with Frontend developers (React/Tailwind) to ensure technical feasibility.
- Follow a “Diagram-First” approach — mapping user flows and system interactions before moving into high-fidelity design.
- Support smooth developer handoff and implementation.
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Create high-quality visual assets for Landing Pages, Social Media, and Pitch Decks.
- Maintain a cohesive and unified brand identity across product and marketing channels.
Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)
- Experience
- 4+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, or complex Admin Panels.
- Experience limited to e-commerce or brochure-style websites is not sufficient for this role.
- Figma Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Variants, Interactive Prototypes).
- Strong file organization skills for seamless developer handoff.
- Data Visualization
- Demonstrated experience designing data-heavy interfaces with filtering, sorting, and search capabilities.
- Ability to manage large datasets without overwhelming users.
- Portfolio
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications and dashboards.
- Clear demonstration of UX problem-solving, not just visual aesthetics.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to Product Owners, CTO, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation (TMS software).
- Familiarity with CRM-style interfaces (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce-type systems).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Tailwind to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience conducting User Research or Usability Testing.
