Job Description

OGeez! is a leading, fast-growing multi-state cannabis edibles company, redefining what a gummy can be by combining cannabis expertise with confectionery imagination to create visually stunning, flavor-forward products. We are seeking a highly creative, ideas-led Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support our growing business. This role will involve close collaboration with our Creative Director and marketing team to bring OGeez!’s vibrant brand to life across all touchpoints. This is not just production work but requires an understanding of brand, packaging, retail, and storytelling, executed creatively and consistently. It is a flexible, remote-friendly contract role suited for a designer thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience (CPG, cannabis, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and retail work
• Mastery over a range of visual forms of expression including typography, color, layout, and photography
• Strong illustration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by ownership and autonomy
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Understanding of print production and packaging deadlines
• Passion for copywriting and willingness to contribute to creative writing
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a Creative Director
• Experience in cannabis design is a plus

• Contract role
• Estimated 15–25 hours per week (flexible depending on calendar)
