Dream Lab Studio is a social-first creative agency specializing in premium fashion, retail, and culture-led brands. We create impactful campaigns and brand moments that resonate with audiences. Our work has generated over 200M views for renowned brands such as TikTok, Tommy Hilfiger, Selfridges, Westfield, Fendi, Ferragamo, and SpareRoom. We’re dedicated to honing the final details of our projects and are looking for a Social-First Content Creator to join our growing team.

This role focuses on producing short-form content from idea to final edit. Responsibilities include shooting, cutting, and refining platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram while collaborating closely with the founder and creative team. The role involves both reactive content creation and enhancing campaign reels by tightening structures, color grading, and refining sound. Occasional on-camera appearances may also be required.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram to a high standard.
• Build strong hooks, pacing, and structure to hold audience attention.
• Add captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas beyond basic execution.
• Adapt content thoughtfully for each platform.
• Review performance metrics and apply learnings to future edits.
• Support on shoots when required (BTS capture, additional content).

Who You Are:

• A true social native with an understanding of effective content.
• Proven strong reach and engagement on TikTok and/or Instagram (include examples and metrics).
• 1–3 years of experience editing short-form video for brands, agencies, or personal channels.
• A sharp editor with excellent taste and attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware with an understanding that creativity must perform.
• Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture.
• Strong iPhone shooting skills are essential; experience with professional camera kit and lighting is a bonus.
