Job Description

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and managing high-converting ad campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, sales, and traffic. You will also be required to conduct daily performance monitoring, scaling strategies, and providing comprehensive reporting at the end of each project.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Paid Social, with specific expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Platform Mastery: Expert-level understanding of Meta Events Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Reddit’s dashboard.
• Strategic Copywriting: Proficiency in writing platform-appropriate ad copy (e.g., concise for TikTok, conversational for Reddit).
• Fast Execution: Ability to audit and launch campaigns within 48 hours of onboarding, required for the 3-week sprint.
• Portfolio/Results: A proven track record with similar cross-platform ad spends; candidates should have case studies or redacted results available for review.
