Job Description

Epiphany Center is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand, products, and ideas across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with the Fund Development Director to bring concepts to life and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, ads, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and email visuals.
• Create and maintain brand assets such as logos, icons, and style guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Prepare final files for print and digital production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; or similar tools).
• Proficiency in web design and email software (Squarespace, Flodesk).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI or web design.
• Familiarity with marketing or branding projects.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations.
