Job Description

DinePalace/Foodme is a global online ordering and restaurant technology platform that helps restaurants grow their digital presence, increase direct orders, and improve customer engagement through smart marketing and automation solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Canva Graphic Designer Specialist with proven experience in designing high-quality graphics and reels, preferably within the Restaurant (Food & Beverage) industry. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to execute brand-aligned content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online meetings with clients to understand graphic design requirements, align on project scope, and support time-based billing processes.
• Coordinate customized design requirements for scheduled production and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare design concepts, share previews, and incorporate client feedback to ensure timely approval and execution.
• Create high-quality graphics, marketing creatives, and branded visual assets using Canva.
• Develop engaging social media reels and short-form video content using Canva; experience with CapCut will be considered an added advantage.
• Perform professional colour correction and visual optimization to align with each restaurant’s brand theme and identity.
• Prepare and format creative outputs for scheduled publishing across social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with Restaurant / Food & Beverage brands is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated portfolio of graphic designs and reels created using Canva.
• Experience using CapCut for video editing and reel enhancement will be advantageous.

• Hours are Monday to Friday and half day Saturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time).
