Job Description

3rd Rail is a premium print partner for creative brands and live event organisers, specialising in garment printing, Live Print activations, and high-quality production. We require a freelance social & content marketer to help reset and restart our marketing strategy with clearer direction, consistency, and structure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Phase 1 – Reset & Direction
• Define clear positioning and tone across channels
• Establish 3–5 focused content pillars
• Organise and assess existing visual archive
• Create a simple, repeatable content framework
• Restart content posting across Instagram, LinkedIn and newsletter to build early momentum
• Ensure alignment between social output and website messaging
• Phase 2 – Creation & Rollout
• Create and schedule content across channels
• Capture photo and video in studio and at events
• Produce simple graphic assets where needed
• Maintain consistent, high-quality output

Requirements

• Creative industry awareness (fashion / culture / product-led brands)
• Strong visual skills with good photo and video capability
• Commercially aware, independent, and comfortable in a small founder-led business
• Able to think clearly and execute confidently

Structure

• Initial 2–4 day strategy and content direction sprint
• Ongoing sprint-based freelance collaboration
• Hybrid working (Studio, WFH, On-location Events)
• London-based required
• Budget aligned with experience level
