Senior Social Content Strategist (Publisher-Led) Up to £65,000 London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with one of the most recognisable purpose-led social publishers in the UK to hire a Senior Social Content Strategist who truly understands how short-form content companies scale. This is not a brand-side role - This is for someone who has lived inside a publisher. Who understands distribution, retention, and audience-first storytelling.

You’ll be shaping strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You won’t just write decks; you’ll influence what gets made, why it gets made, and how it performs. There’s real scope here to grow into a more senior strategic leadership position.

Requirements

• Has operated at Senior Manager / Lead level within a digital publisher or creator-led business.
• Understands the mechanics of short-form content: hooks, pacing, retention, shareability.
• Has shaped content strategy across high-volume output.
• Knows how to translate audience insight into repeatable content formats.
• Is comfortable working closely with a small team in a young business environment.
• Understands performance metrics deeply.
• Understands how content businesses monetise content.
