STCY Social is a growing social media agency working with beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and service-based brands. We focus on strategy-led growth and are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Growth Assistant to manage and grow multiple client accounts, including aesthetics clinics and wellness brands.

Requirements

You Must Be:

• Extremely detail-oriented (spelling/grammar must be excellent)
• Proactive - not reactive
• Organised and structured
• Comfortable working independently
• Confident in suggesting ideas
• Passionate about social media growth
• Interested in long-term development within an agency

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with beauty or wellness brands
• Understanding of hooks & short-form content strategy
• Canva / CapCut experience
• Experience growing accounts organically

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
• Experience or interest in public relations and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Organisation skills to plan and schedule posts effectively
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track engagement metrics and optimise campaigns
