Freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Expert (Las Vegas-based)

About Us: We are a well-established US manufacturer with 48 years of industry experience. We produce air duct cleaning equipment, air filters, and other quality-of-life products sold through major retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Target, as well as B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a strategic marketing partner to help us build effective advertising funnels and generate measurable leads.

The Opportunity: We’re seeking a skilled 1099 independent contractor based in Las Vegas to develop and execute our social media and digital marketing strategy. This role requires periodic in-person meetings at our Las Vegas facility for strategy sessions and progress reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Create custom content that reflects our brand identity, including graphics, reels, and short-form videos.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.

• Write, develop, and maintain a company blog with SEO-focused content.

• Coordinate UGC sourcing and influencer partnerships.

• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for B2B and B2C brands.

• Strong content creation abilities (video editing, graphic design, copywriting).

• Demonstrated success with paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms.

• Experience with influencer outreach and management.

• Google Analytics (G4)-driven mindset with the ability to report on ROI.

• Portfolio of previous work required.

• Bonus Skills: Website design and development experience, E-commerce platform knowledge, Manufacturing or retail industry experience.

Other Information

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89120
