Job Description

Body Love by Madison, a women’s wellness brand, is seeking a thoughtful and experienced social media assistant/manager to support the growth of its dedicated health and wellness platform. This role is separate from a larger personal platform and focuses exclusively on women’s health, functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed wellness, and earth-based living. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of the women’s wellness space to help create compelling, structured, growth-oriented content.

Requirements

The successful candidate should:

• Have prior experience in growing wellness-focused social media accounts.
• Be familiar with women’s health, hormones, gut health, and nervous system regulation.
• Possess strong video editing skills and educational formatting abilities.
• Be organized and proactive.
• Be comfortable collaborating and thinking strategically.
• Be interested in growing alongside a mission-driven brand.

Responsibilities

• Planning content calendar.
• Structuring and refining content ideas.
• Editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style).
• Designing educational carousels.
• Writing and refining captions.
• Supporting audience growth strategy.
• Conducting light analytics review and performance tracking.
• Maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Repurposing long-form content into social formats.

Additional Information

This role requires consistency in posting, with a target of 2-3 posts per week. The start time is expected to require 8-10 hours per week at an hourly rate of $30-$40, depending on experience, with an opportunity to expand as the brand grows. A flexible schedule is offered, and the position is remote.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
