Staying updated on digital trends, managing account teams, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring alignment with overall digital strategies are essential. Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience (preferably in healthcare), including a senior leadership role in a similar practice, group, or function.
• Ability to deliver persuasive, evidence-based counsel to C-suite executives.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and interacting with various stakeholders, including clients.
• Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms, particularly in the healthcare industry.
• Capability to assess the feasibility of tactics, creatives, or modules in a regulatory environment.
• An energetic team player with a collaborative spirit, capable of influencing and unifying teams, and effectively interacting as a strategic partner with senior agency management.
