Job Description

The role involves building strategic digital and social media communications plans and integrated campaigns. Responsibilities include:

• Creating research-driven strategies, executing channel/content planning, deployment, and measurement.
• Understanding client objectives and aligning digital and social media recommendations with these goals, providing justification based on various data sources.
• Staying informed about digital and social media trends and managing relationships with relevant platforms, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Managing account teams, mentoring colleagues, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
• Ensuring partnerships and alignment within Syneos Health related to digital and social media strategy.
• Generating measurable results that positively impact the business.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, with senior leadership experience in a similar function.
• Ability to deliver persuasive, evidence-based counsel to C-suite executives.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technology and platforms, especially concerning the healthcare industry.
• Capability to evaluate the feasibility of tactics within a regulatory environment.
• A collaborative team player with skills to influence and unify team members while interacting effectively with senior management.
