Job Description
Live Unreal Media is seeking a creative and organized Video Editor & Social Media Content Manager to support the production and distribution of digital content for real estate brands and professionals. This role involves editing YouTube videos, podcasts, and short-form social media content, organizing media files, and helping manage content publishing across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with video editing software, and familiar with social media content workflows.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media content
- Organize and manage media files in cloud storage systems (Dropbox)
- Prepare video content for publishing across multiple platforms
- Assist with scheduling and posting content to YouTube and social media channels
- Maintain consistent video formatting and branding across client content
- Collaborate with clients on content planning and weekly production workflows
- Client coaching and idea brainstorming
- Ensure content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience with Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar video editing software
- Familiarity with short-form social media video editing
- Basic understanding of YouTube and social media platform analytics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing real estate video content
- Motion graphics, generative AI, and basic animation knowledge
- Thumbnail design experience
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance
