Job Description
Creative Marketing Coordinator (Instagram & TikTok Specialist) for a Matcha Specialty Cafe! Are you a matcha-obsessed content wizard with a knack for making videos go viral? We’re Matcha Haus, and we’re seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to brew up some social media buzz! Responsibilities include creating scroll-stopping, crave-worthy content showcasing our matcha drinks, café vibes, and brand personality. The role will also involve analyzing performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimizing content based on data, as well as planning social-first campaigns (giveaways, seasonal menu launches).
Requirements
Proven experience growing food/beverage, lifestyle, or café accounts (personal or brand pages) with strong analytics to back it up. A portfolio of mouthwatering, high-performing content (Reels, TikToks, Stories—bonus if it’s food/drink-related!). Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms, trends, and what makes food content pop. Passion for matcha, café culture, and aesthetically pleasing content. Basic graphic design & video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Ability to work fast, test ideas, and pivot based on performance.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with food photography/videography (latte art shots, slow-mo pours, etc.). Be the voice of a buzzing matcha brand — creative freedom to experiment and make an impact. Opportunity to grow into a social media leadership role as we expand.
