Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media & Digital Performance Manager to lead content creation, distribution, engagement, and digital growth initiatives. This role combines organic social, paid media, and SEO/SEM strategy.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute content strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, others)
• Create and schedule posts
• Write compelling copy aligned with brand voice
• Manage community engagement
• Grow followers and improve engagement rates

Performance & Digital Media

• Plan and manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Implement SEO strategy (on-page & off-page basics)
• Manage SEM campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Provide monthly reporting and insights

Content Creation

• Develop visual and written content
• Coordinate with design team
• Ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media growth & engagement
• Experience managing paid media budgets
• Strong understanding of SEO & SEM fundamentals
• Analytical mindset (GA4, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
