Job Description
We are seeking a contract video editor experienced in editing YouTube-style content to assist with ongoing project-based work. Most projects involve editing 8–10 minute YouTube videos from multicam talking-head footage. Editors will work from provided footage and follow established editing guidelines to maintain a consistent channel style.
Responsibilities
- Edit YouTube-style talking-head videos in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Build multicam sequences and nested timelines
- Select appropriate stock imagery and music when needed
- Follow provided editing guidelines and templates
- Edit 3 short vertical clips from the full video
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience editing YouTube-style content
- Comfortable working with multicam footage
- Ability to maintain pacing and visual clarity for online video
Compensation
- $30/hour
- Contract / project-based work
- Remote (Austin-area applicants preferred)
