We are Duo Designs, a creative visual communications agency specializing in branding, print, and digital solutions. We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to manage 5–10 client social media accounts, ensuring daily monitoring, consistent and accurate scheduling, and prompt response to messages and comments. Responsibilities include creating structured monthly content strategies, coordinating content creation with our design team, scheduling and publishing posts consistently, engaging with client communities, and delivering detailed monthly performance reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized documentation, collaborating internally, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends. The role requires excellent written communication in both French and English, advanced proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The expected commitment is 35-40 hours per week, fully remote.
