Job Description

We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, however, we would like a few days in the office each month to get to know you better. Projects include diverse initiatives such as branding and digital content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for visual storytelling and a keen desire to be creative. This position is paid and suitable for those looking to expand their portfolio while working independently.

Duties

• Develop compelling visual concepts for branding, email & marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• Design engaging graphics using preferred software, including Canva.
• Produce short videos for social media ads.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Requirements

• Showcase designs that demonstrate a strong understanding of digital design principles, including colour theory, typography, layout, and commercial understanding during the interview.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in visual storytelling and marketing strategies.
• Organised self-starter capable of working independently within deadlines.

Additional Information

This role is perfect for someone who wants to have creative free reign (within the brands’ guidelines). We are a small team of two based in Poole Quay looking for someone who will fit in with our team, who is creative and full of ideas.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
