Job Description

Focus Media is seeking a dependable and skilled graphic designer to support the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital advertising, social media, and client campaigns. This is a project-based freelance role with the opportunity for ongoing, consistent work for the right candidate. The ideal freelancer has a strong eye for visual storytelling, works efficiently under deadlines, and communicates clearly and professionally in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Produce deliverables in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) optimized for various platforms.

Execute light graphic design work, including social graphics and print and digital advertising assets.

Adhere to brand guidelines and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.

Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines with attention to detail.

Maintain availability during daytime business hours for collaboration, revisions, and timely turnaround.

Preferred Software & Tools:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (a plus)

Qualifications:

Graphic design experience for simple layouts and campaign assets.

Strong sense of timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.

Highly responsive, reliable, and deadline-oriented.

Ability to work independently while following clear creative direction.

Consistent availability and dependable communication.

Education:

Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

Graphic Design: 3 years (Required)

Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Required)

Compensation:

Please provide an hourly rate. A flat monthly retainer may be offered by Focus Media.
