Job Description

Levels is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across retail, digital, and marketing channels. This role will work closely with our marketing and leadership team to design compelling visuals that reflect the energy and identity of the Levels brand. Our company operates multiple cannabis retail locations and is rapidly growing. The ideal candidate understands modern design trends, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate ideas into strong visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including digital ads, flyers, posters, menus, and in-store signage
• Create social media graphics and promotional campaigns
• Assist with brand development and visual identity projects
• Design assets for billboards, events, and product promotions
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and creative direction
• Prepare files for print production and digital distribution
• Assist with merchandise and apparel designs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and typography
• Experience with social media marketing visuals preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing retail marketing materials
• Motion graphics or basic animation experience
• Familiarity with print production and large format design (billboards, signage, displays)

Additional Information

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 per week
