Job Description

We are seeking a freelance Graphic & Production Designer to join our award-winning in-house creative team. This is a flexible part-time role, requiring around 20 hours per week for an 8-month contract with the possibility of extension. The position is 100% remote, but candidates must work in the MST timezone. In this role, you will be integral in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs for a variety of projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience; agency experience is a plus
  • Online portfolio displaying a diverse range of strategic design and advertising projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace (Slides and Docs), and familiarity with Figma is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Organized and focused on executing design concepts
  • Proven ability to work quickly on tight timelines with flawless execution
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute strategic and visually compelling design solutions across various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Navigate diverse projects from digital production design to conceptual thinking.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality creative work.
  • Exhibit proficiency in design thinking and articulate creative ideas effectively.
  • Understand client vision and expectations, translating them into unique designs.
  • Incorporate feedback to ensure project success.
  • Apply knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide fresh ideas.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
