Job Description

As a Senior Digital Designer at 2DIGITS, you will take charge of the design for our digital projects. You will design complete apps, e-commerce experiences, and platforms, translating complex issues into clear and scalable solutions. Your role extends beyond just the screen, as you consider how design can contribute to conversion, positioning, and growth for our clients.

You will work for various clients simultaneously, often at different stages of their digital development, ranging from exploring initial concepts and wireframes to developing pixel-perfect interfaces and presenting your ideas to stakeholders. You smoothly navigate between strategy and execution while keeping an overview, even when multiple projects run in parallel.

In client meetings, you will take the lead in discussions. You will present your work, substantiate design choices, and confidently take a stand when necessary. Internally, you will collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and project managers to ensure that designs are not only visually compelling but also technically feasible and future-proof.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help build how design is utilized and further developed within 2DIGITS.

Requirements

As a Senior Digital Designer at 2DIGITS, you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in digital design and a strong portfolio featuring complex platforms, (web) apps, or e-commerce environments;
• Are a specialist in UI and Design Systems and work effortlessly in Figma;
• Understand how design contributes to conversion, positioning, and business results;
• Present and defend your design choices convincingly to clients and stakeholders;
• Work quickly and methodically while maintaining quality in a dynamic project environment;
• Think in systems and scalable solutions, not in isolated screens;
• View new technologies and AI tools as opportunities to make design processes smarter;
• Are genuine with team and clients: you address what does not work and actively seek to improve things.
• Fluently speak Dutch and communicate professionally in English;
• Feel comfortable in a role where you make both substantive and strategic impact, taking responsibility for the end result.
