Key Responsibilities

• Review UI designs for web and mobile applications for visual consistency, responsiveness, and usability.

• Provide detailed, structured feedback to design teams on visual hierarchy, accessibility, color usage, typography, and layout.
• Collaborate with product designers and developers to ensure feedback is practical and aligned with brand and functionality.
• Conduct design audits to maintain UI quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Document review processes and recommendations in clear, organized formats.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Strong written communication skills to provide actionable feedback.
• Ability to recognize inconsistencies, visual issues, or user experience pain points.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product review.
• Freelance or remote project experience is highly desirable.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to review or critique UI design projects is advantageous.

Working Hours

Freelance project-based engagement with flexible working hours. Ability to deliver within agreed timelines is essential. Typically requires availability for review feedback during core business hours (as needed).
