Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager with a sharp instinct for internet culture and entertainment fandoms. Reporting to the Social Director and collaborating closely with creative strategists, designers, and editors, this role will help shape the voice of a high-profile reality TV show while contributing to pitches for upcoming film and series launches.

The ideal candidate is fluent in memes (both video and image), reactive content, and the nuances of online community behavior. You know how to read the room, when to spark conversation, when to listen, and how to turn audience moments into ideas that break through.

This is a part-time freelance role designed for someone who lives online and thrives at the intersection of storytelling, fandom, and fast-moving culture.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in community management, social copywriting, or content strategy for entertainment, brands, or creators.
• Proven ability to create or concept memes and reactive content that resonate across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone to fit each title’s voice.
• Understanding of fandom dynamics, reactive marketing, and community-driven storytelling.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing, or project management for social.
