We are BeachLife Development, seeking a skilled freelance marketing professional or small team to develop and manage a comprehensive marketing and automation system for our portfolio of vacation villas. The project includes branding and positioning, content creation across photo, video, and short-form media, as well as regular social media management. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing paid ads focused on generating leads and bookings. The technical aspects include building a conversion-focused website or landing pages, integrating CRM, email, and ad platforms, and creating automated workflows for effective lead capture, follow-up, and tracking. The ideal candidate handles both marketing strategy and hands-on execution, is comfortable with automation tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, n8n, openclaw, Zapier, and Make, and ideally has experience in real estate or hospitality. This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to take ownership and build a scalable marketing engine.
