Location: Township of Wall, NJ

Contract: Temporary

Job Description

The Graphics Designer position is a temporary part-time role working up to 10 hours a week, located in the Wall, NJ office through the end of the year 2026. The Designer is responsible for creating print and digital graphics needed for proposals, marketing collateral materials, presentations, etc., following GES’ branding guidance. The selected candidate will collaborate with senior managers, operations staff, and marketers to craft graphics and design solutions that drive engagement and performance across various formats including digital advertising, proposals, social media content, presentations, video, website, and tradeshow banners.

Requirements

Education: Currently working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design or similar and/or equivalent work experience with demonstrated excellence.

Experience: 1 year of digital graphic design experience, 1 year of preparing social media posts on LinkedIn, and experience working within established brand standards.

Proficiencies: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.

Must be comfortable working in an agile environment with changing demands and short deadlines.
