Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the marketing team in creating and executing visual content across multiple brands within the Lupoli Companies portfolio. This role focuses on producing day-to-day marketing materials, assisting with design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Support

• Create marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, signage, presentations, and basic print collateral.
• Assist in designing and updating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support packaging, promotional, and in-store design needs as directed.

Digital & Content Execution

• Design graphics for social media using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Resize and format creative assets for web, email, and digital platforms.
• Assist with updates to website visuals and promotional graphics.
• Prepare images and basic edits for marketing campaigns.

Production & Coordination

• Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring correct sizing and formatting.
• Coordinate with vendors or printers as needed for basic production tasks.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining design files and assets.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative requests.
• Take direction from senior team members and implement feedback.
• Support multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or freelance work acceptable).
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Canva.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Familiarity with website platforms (Wix or Squarespace).
