JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Social Media Manager to support the growth of two distinct brands: an executive personal brand focused on thought leadership, coaching, and women’s empowerment, and a premium events and membership community brand. This is a part-time freelance role for someone who understands high-standard creator workflows, executes independently with minimal oversight, and can bring a consistent, authoritative brand voice to life across multiple platforms at scale. All content planning, scheduling, approval, and publishing will be managed through Rella, ensuring that both brands remain active, on-voice, and fully scheduled with zero content going live without the brand owner’s approval.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience managing social media for executive personal brands, ideally in women’s empowerment, leadership, or professional development.
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for branded graphics.
• Hands-on experience with Rella, including batch scheduling and cross-platform distribution.
• Exceptional copywriting ability, with precision in writing in someone else’s voice; a voice-match test is required.
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm behavior.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook distribution workflows.
• Ability to independently manage 10+ posts per week without errors.
• Natural systems thinker who works in weekly batch mode.
• Reliable, highly organized, and self-directed.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience managing multiple brand identities simultaneously.
• Background in luxury, curated women’s events, or premium membership community brands.
• Knowledge of Meta paid social for event promotion.
• Familiarity with professional executive audiences.
• Experience with link-in-bio tools and lead funnel optimization.
• Photography or on-site content capture capability for live events.
