Pengcorp is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer/UI/UX Software Development Specialist to join our dynamic Software Development team. This role involves rapid design iteration, clear documentation, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle from concept to implementation.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Propose, design, and build UX/UI solutions per client requirements by utilizing visual design concepts, processes, standards, trends, tools, and technologies.
• Design visually aesthetic and intuitive interfaces in line with best practices, customer requirements, industry standard design activities, user accessibility considerations, and product usability.
• Support projects by evaluating and mitigating challenges related to business operations and product offerings, such as delivering design documentation and reviewing feature implementation.
• Perform smoke tests to identify gaps in design and implementation UIs, including accessibility concerns, missing features, inconsistencies, and other issues.
• Collaborate with directors, clients, and team members to identify and obtain requirements to build the best possible product and provide high-quality software solutions.
• Support, troubleshoot, test, implement, and validate new and existing applications and infrastructure.
• Perform quality control/quality assurance for deliverables and existing projects.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, or Media Arts.
• Minimum 8 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, and design principles.
• Agile/SCRUM experience.
• Bonus: Background in software development or Oil & Gas mechanical engineering.
